We begin planning for your arrival the minute you register for one of our programs! We understand, however, that circumstances sometimes arise that require families to cancel their registration. If for any reason you cannot join us, please note the following cancellation policies:
For all cancellations before January 31, all payments, except the $750 deposit, will be refunded.
For all cancellations between February 1 and April 30, the family will be responsible for 25% of the total Camp fees.
For all cancellations after May 1, the family will be responsible for full payment.
AMSkier’s Peace of Mind provides parents with a refund of tuition if their camper is sick or injured and is unable to attend camp. In addition, there is coverage if the camper leaves camp early or if there is a death in the family. This policy has various limits and options available, including coverage for baggage and personal effects. In order to get the Cancel-for-any-Reason option, the coverage must be purchased within two weeks of making your initial deposit. For all cancellations after June 1, the family will be responsible for full payment.
